Breastfeeding, Newborn, and Postpartum Care is a two part class designed to provide you with the knowledge, resources, and practical tips to achieve your personal breastfeeding goals. From your very first feeding, to pumping, returning to work and weaning, you will start your journey prepared and confident.
We will also discuss what to expect in the exhausting, exhilarating and precious early days and weeks, along with strategies for a smooth and joyful transition to life with your new baby.
This class is taught by Katy Kruse, Willow’s lactation nurse and mother of 5 with 10+ years of lactation, newborn and postpartum experience.
This class is open to the public and is for anyone who is currently 30-38 weeks pregnant and plans to breastfeed. It does not replace a Childbirth Education class.
Food will be provided.
