Changing your prenatal care and delivery plans might feel like a big task, but at Willow we make it easy. If you are not happy with your current care, looking for a more supportive birth environment or just something more like home, then transferring your care to Willow Midwives might be the right move for you.

Willow Midwives will accept transfer clients during all trimesters up to around 38 weeks. We also accept VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean) clients who have already had a successful VBAC after a cesarean.

Transferring your care to Willow is easy!

• Take a tour! Learn more about Willow and our model of care. Click on the orange box in the top right corner of the website to register.

• Review our Birth Center Risk Criteria.

• Call Willow and talk with our Front Desk Coordinator. They will get you connected with a midwife for an initial phone call within 2 business days.

• Send in your medical records to be reviewed before your initial transfer visit. This can be electronic or paper form. This allows us to be informed and make sure to note anything that may risk you out of our care.

• After your phone call with a Midwife, the Front Desk Coordinator will call you to schedule your first appointment!
