The Willow tree
She plants herself near water. She grows more beautiful and flexible with age. She represents youth and playfulness, fertility, femininity, and profound spirit.

I’m a true local. My family home was in NE Mpls, I went to St. Kate’s for Nursing and the University of Minnesota for my Master’s. My family, friends and relatives shaped me into the midwife I’ve been since 1989.
As a youthful traveler, I left a little of my heart in Bogota, Colombia. My own births have included: a pitocin induction with narcotic pain relief, 2 unmedicated home births, 1 unmedicated hospital birth and a Cesarean. I’ve worked in the HealthEast/Fairview, Park Nicollet and Allina systems, and two other birth centers prior to starting Willow.
Welcome to Willow Midwives!
